My project mainly involves studying various effects of missense mutations on Protein – Protein Interaction Networks. Project also involves development of various machine learning based classifiers and predictors for functional annotation of nsSNPs.

I was also part of collaborative works which involved the study of missense mutations in Glutaric Aciduria (GA I) and Distal Arthrogryposis Type 5D
