EcoFunPPI is setup to provide proteins and their functionally interaction information. This database covers 3994 proteins and functional interactions among them. The database has a user friendly web interface which takes simple sequence, gene name or ORF ID as an input and reports its functionally linked proteins. which includes links to various resources.
